Indulge without any guilt

Six Senses Fiji is built on a philosophy of integrated wellness and sustainability, two things travellers are becoming increasingly conscious about.

The resort, which has been open for just over a year and is located in the Mamanuca Islands, has a focus on fresh whole food that is nutritious and delicious, meaning guests can enjoy their holiday without derailing their health goals.

Guests can opt to start their stay at the resort with a personalised ‘wellness screening’, used to provide recommendations on how they can improve their wellness during their stay, whether it’s through a tailored meal plan, personalised exercise programme or sleep improvements.

The resort is cultivating its own organic vegetable garden and has a free-range chicken farm, called Cluckingham Palace, to supply fresh eggs for guests.

Wellness is even incorporated into evening cocktails at Six Senses Fiji, with the resort producing their own homemade tonic syrups, probiotics and kombuchas to be used in the bar.
