Fiji Guide

The most trusted source on Fiji

Hello all, I have been keeping an eye on the weather for Fiji on my television and noticed that it is constantly raining and cloudy. To all those who know Fiji's climate does it improve in May? Coming over on the 29th; just need to have an idea for packing the correct clothing.

Just be prepared for everything and bring your sunblock!  It also depends on what part of Fiji you'll be in...if you're in Suva it's guaranteed it will rain at some point...

Hi Robert we will be on the main island viti Levu and heading to Denarua that would be great  as you would be the right person to ask these things.

Bula Angela,

Because Fiji is in the tropics it's always raining somewhere, but most of the resorts are not in the wetter areas and May is the month that Fiji goes from wet to dry anyway.  At the moment it's positively balmy here in Nadi.

Hi Rick,

Thank you for the information. It helps for a newie like me.
