FIJI DEPARTURE TAX INCREASE EFFECTIVE 20 JAN 2012

Please be advised that the Fiji Government  has mandated an air tax increase and as such Air Pacific must abide by what the Fiji Government mandates.

Travel Agents are responsible for collection of these taxes.   

Anyone who has a booking that includes air, will receive an updated invoice from their agent reflecting the additional F$50 (in their local currency) due in Fiji air taxes. 

You can anticipate that agents will be sending out invoices as quickly as possible.

Anyone who has already paid for their air tickets in full, will not be subject to any increases.  

All travellers who have not paid in full as of today, will be affected and need to pay the extra FJ$50 per person, on their booking. 

The new departure tax is F$150.
