I've visited/lived in/or would like to learn about
Viti Levu, Vanua Levu, Taveuni
Tell us a bit about yourself, your profession, reason for visiting, etc
I was a real estate developer in Los Angeles in the '70's and 80's and then purchased a 1500 acre copra plantation in Fiji in 1989. I moved to the property located at Buca Bay on the Island of Vanua Levu in 1989 and semi retired to raise my two small children.
We lived on the plantation from 1989 until the end of 1995 when we moved back to Honolulu.
We had many great outdoor adventures on our property including hiking to our waterfall, enjoying the white sand beaches on our property, visiting the neighboring islands and simply enjoying the tranquil beauty of our property and the South Sea Island life style.
We invite anyone that may be traveling to Vanua Levu in the future to contact us for the possibility of visiting our property and hiking, snorkeling, bird watching or camping, etc. We have a caretaker on site that would be happy to coordinate and lead hiking or camping expeditions into our 1000 acre rain forest.
