If you download any fiji newspaper there will be a section for employment, otherwise if you know someone over there you might get someone that way.

Another idea is to contact the local business community depending on which area your setting up in talk to them work with them so everyone gets a fair share of business and im shure they will point u in the right direction in getting a good and honest worker.
