This slide show has some wonderful photos from the recent solar installation at Navatu Secondary School (about 30km from Savusavu town and not far from Lomalagi Resort). They have completed another installation on Kioa Island and have many more planned. THANK YOU!!!

I went online and dug up this quote about the It's Time Foundation, based in Oz, which is doing some really cool things.
"TheTime Foundation has both an environmental and social focus. We deliver renewable power solutions for remote Pacific Island schools with the duel objectives of reducing carbon emissions and enhancing education in the target communities.
Contributors are engaged with the outcomes and we hope, through that experience, they are motivated to be more effective stewards of the world we live in. Particularly young people who are tomorrow's leaders, scientists, teachers, parents ... they will soon have the world's future in their hands.
